ServiceNow Japan、日本版ServiceNow Storeのオープンを発表

デジタルワークフローソリューションを提供するServiceNow Japan合同会社（本社：東京都港区、執行役員社長：村瀬将思 以下、ServiceNow Japan）は、本日、当社本社が運営する「ServiceNow Store」の日本版をオープンしたことを発表しました。
ServiceNow Storeは、当社が提供する各種製品やソリューションの追加機能に加えて、当社のISV（独立系ソフトウェアベンダー）パートナーがNow Platform上で独自に開発したアプリや、サードパーティが開発した当社製品とのコネクターなどを提供するものです。2015年からグローバルで提供を開始し、現在までにパートナーが開発した700種を超えるアプリに加えて、240種以上のServiceNowアプリなど合わせて1,000種を超えるアプリ（2020年9月時点）を提供しています。
昨年7月から、ServiceNow Japanは、日本の企業や組織特有の商習慣やニーズに対応するために、パートナーエコシステム拡大施策としてISVプログラムを国内で新たに開始しました。このプログラムの一環として、国内の認定ISVパートナーが、独自開発した多種多様なアプリなどについてもServiceNow Storeで提供を可能にしました。
ServiceNow JapanがISVプログラムを開始して約1年で日本独自のアプリを10種（2020年9月時点）まで増やし、本社が運営するServiceNow Storeにて提供をしてきました。しかし、グローバルストアの中で、日本アプリの検索が利便性と視覚的観点で困難であるというお客様やパートナーのフィードバックがありました。
これを受けて、この度、日本のお客様やパートナーが、ビジネスニーズに合う日本のアプリをより簡単に、日本語で検索しやすくするため、またこれにより日本アプリの利用を促進し、国内ISVパートナーによるアプリ開発のさらなる加速と、アプリのラインアップ拡大を目指して、日本版のServiceNow Storeをオープンすることになりました。
