・明成通信株式会社（本社：東京都調布市、代表取締役CEO：角村雅実、以下明成通信）は、米国Network Connex 社の子会社であるNational Technologies社（本社：米国イリノイ州シカゴ市、President & COO：Lewis Kessler、略称NTI）とパートナーシップ契約を締結した事をお知らせします。
・パートナーシップ契約締結の目的
NTIは北米を中心にヨーロッパ及びアジアにおいてハイパースケールデーターセンター構築実績が数多くあります。これまでのNTIの実績と構築ノウハウやマネージメント力と明成通信の通信設備工事における技術力と施工能力を融合し、日本国内でのハイパースケールデーターセンター構築事業の拡大を目的としています。
・本契約における事業概要
NTI は、日本国内のデータセンタースペースに関するプロジェクトマネジメントを行い、品質管理を担当します。NTI は、データーセンターの低電圧電気ビルドアウト、一般的なフィットアウト、搬送、ファイバー、ケーブル、ラック、Containmentの設置など、明成通信 が実施するデーターセンター構築工事のために、北米との関係を活用して日本市場でのビジネスを推進します。

2022年12月1日、イリノイ州シカゴ ---- 24時間365日、何があっても絶対に停止や誤作動が許されないデジタル通信インフラサービスのリーダーとして信頼されているNetwork Connexは、日本の大手通信エンジニアリングおよび建設事業者である明成通信株式会社と超大型データセンターの構築に関する契約を締結しました。
Network Connexの子会社であるNational Technologies（NTI）は、日本の大手通信工事会社である株式会社明成通信（明成）と長期パートナーシップ契約を締結したことをお知らせします。本契約の目的は、NTIの北米、欧州、アジアにおけるデータセンター構築の経験と、明成の通信エンジニアリング分野における優れた能力を組み合わせることにより、日本における超大型データセンターのエンジニアリング・施工機会を拡大することにあります。 また、NTIは明成に対する日本における独占的な販売・マーケティングサービスの提供者となります。
Network ConnexグループのNational Technologiesの社長兼COOであるLewis Kesslerは、「明成とのこれまでの関係を正式なものとし、さらに深めることができ、光栄に思います」と述べています。 また、「NTIと明成とのこれまでの共同プロジェクトは、両社にとって大きな成功を収めており、2023年以降もこの勢いを持続していきたいと考えています」とも付け加えています。
NTIは、光ファイバーやデータセンターインフラの導入サービスにおいて、比類なき専門知識を有しています。本契約によると、NTIはデータセンター構築のためのプロジェクト・マネージメントのサービスを提供し、最高レベルの品質管理を保証します。また、NTIは、北米の顧客との既存の関係を活用し、日本でのデータセンター構築を推進します。

CHICAGO, IL, December 1, 2022 — Network Connex, a trusted leader in mission-critical digital
communications infrastructure services, is pleased to announce that National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex subsidiary, has signed a long-term partnership agreement with Meisei Correspondence Co., LTD (Meisei), a leading Japanese telecommunications engineering and construction business. The objective of the agreement is to expand the hyperscale data center engineering installation opportunities in Japan by combining NTI’s experience in data center build outs in North America, Europe, and Asia with Meisei’s strong capabilities in the telecommunications engineering sector. In addition, NTI will be the exclusive provider of Sales and Marketing services for Meisei in the territory.

He further adds “Past collaborative projects between NTI and Meisei have been very successful for both companies, and we’re looking forward to continuing the positive momentum in 2023 and beyond.”
NTI offers unmatched expertise in deployment services for fiber optic and data center infrastructure. According to the agreement, they will provide project management services for data center build outs to ensure the highest level of quality control. In addition, NTI will leverage its existing relationships with North American customers to drive data center build outs in Japan.
Japan’s growing cloud computing market, increasing high-speed internet, and government regulations for local data security are some of the factors driving the demand for data centers in the country.
