Beef bowl chain Sukiya will offer its "Tonjiru Miso Ramen" for a limited time starting September 29 at 9 AM.
"Tonjiru Miso Ramen" Returns! Improved Noodles
"Tonjiru Miso Ramen" is a dish that combines Sukiya's classic "Tonjiru" (pork miso soup) with noodles and a special sauce. It was sold from June to July this year and is now making a comeback after approximately two months. The noodles have been improved since its last release.

This ramen is based on tonjiru, using a special sauce blended with two types of miso, garlic, ginger, and more. Its appetizing aroma and rich flavor are said to be key highlights.
This time, the noodles have been renewed. They are now said to entwine with the soup more easily.

Gyudon + Noodles, Hope It Becomes a Staple – No End Date Set
Many people probably got hooked on Sukiya's "Tonjiru Miso Ramen" when it was last released, right? Nabeko is one of them.
Recently, the "gyudon + noodles" combination has been prominent among beef bowl chains. There was news that Yoshinoya released its "Gyudon Abura Soba Set" in March this year, surpassing 1.5 million servings in about a month after its launch.
While Yoshinoya's abura soba has a pungent, garlicky flavor, Sukiya's "Tonjiru Miso Ramen" offers a comforting taste, almost like adding noodles to homemade tonjiru on a whim. That's what makes it great!
When I ate it last time, I felt the noodles were a bit lacking in chewiness, but I still found it endearing, even with that.
Now, this "Tonjiru Miso Ramen" is making an early comeback. And since the noodles have been improved this time, I'm curious to see how it has changed from the previous version.
