Featuring substantial, thick-cut pork, the star is braised pork belly, cooked so tender it can be easily pulled apart with chopsticks. The melt-in-your-mouth meat, crisp shredded green onions, and crunchy chili oil (taberu rayu) are combined, creating an outstanding pairing with rice.

With the accompanying Japanese mustard, you can also enjoy a change in flavor.
