MSI Computer Japan will begin selling its new gaming monitor, the "MAG 271KPD7," from October 1st. Priced at around 98,800 yen, this model features a dual mode that allows switching between 5K UHD and WQHD, achieving both ultra-high-definition display and high-speed rendering in a single unit.
The MAG 271KPD7's biggest feature is its ability to switch between 5K UHD (5,120×2,880) high-resolution display and WQHD 300Hz high-refresh-rate display, depending on the application. It adopts a RAPID IPS panel with a minimum response time of 0.5ms GTG, designed to suppress afterimages even in fast-paced scenes like FPS and racing games.
Furthermore, it also supports 24.5-inch mode, AI Vision, FreeSync Premium, DisplayHDR 400, KVM switch, Anti-Flicker, and Blue Light Cut functions. Its appeal lies in its versatility, suitable for everything from highly competitive gaming to RPGs and creative applications. Its dimensions are approximately 614mm (W) × 228mm (D) × 407mm (H), and it weighs approximately 6.7kg.
