Draft beer with autumn tempura!
Tendon chain "Tendon Tenya" will begin selling the "Choi Nomi Autumn Draft Beer Set" for a limited time, starting today, September 24.
This in-store only set combines a medium draft beer with a recommended tempura assortment and shiokara, priced at ¥1000.
The tempura features three varieties: Hokkaido-sourced Pacific saury, live-caught conger eel fillet, and a half-fillet of Japanese whiting. The sales period is scheduled to run until mid-November.
"Choi Nomi" for ¥1000, and you can enjoy Pacific Saury!
Tenya typically offers the "Choi Nomi Draft Beer Set," which combines tempura with a medium draft beer or sake, for ¥800. While this "Autumn Draft Beer Set" is a little pricier, it includes Pacific saury tempura, a seasonal delicacy you'll definitely want to try.
It's perfect for when you want to quickly grab a drink with Pacific saury and conger eel as appetizers. Be careful, though – your "quick drink" might easily turn into more (lol).
