M-size fries and M-size drink for ¥390

McDonald's will launch the "390 Pair" on October 21st, allowing customers to enjoy one eligible side menu and one M-size drink for ¥390, available exclusively from 2 PM onwards.

Side + Drink for ¥390, Save Up to ¥250!

The "390 Pair" is a combo menu where customers can choose one item from five eligible side menus and one from ten M-size drink options, purchasing them for ¥390 and saving up to ¥250.

It was previously test-marketed in select regions, primarily Fukuoka and Saga prefectures, starting in December 2025. Due to its positive reception, it will now expand to a nationwide rollout.

Availability is daily from 2 PM until closing. At 24-hour locations, it can be used until 4:59 AM the following morning. Please note that delivery orders are not eligible.

There are a total of 50 possible combinations. For instance, combining an M-size McDonald's French Fries (¥350 and up individually) and an M-size Coca-Cola (¥290 and up individually) results in savings of up to ¥250 compared to purchasing them separately.
