JAPANNEXT announced that it will launch the "JN-IPS60U," a large 4K LCD monitor featuring a 60-inch IPS panel, on October 15th. The direct sales price is 104,800 yen. On the same day, a 3-year warranty model, the "JN-IPS60U-H3," will also be available for 110,040 yen, and a 5-year warranty model, the "JN-IPS60U-H5," for 115,280 yen.

The JN-IPS60U is a large monitor that supports 4K resolution (3840x2160 pixels), providing a display area approximately four times that of Full HD. Equipped with an IPS panel offering a wide 178-degree viewing angle both horizontally and vertically, it minimizes color and contrast shifts even when viewed from an angle. This makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, including conference room presentations, digital signage, and movie watching. The monitor measures approximately 1345mm (W) x 291mm (D) x 844mm (H) and weighs around 12kg.

For visuals, the monitor supports HDR, enabling rich expression of gradations in both bright and dark scenes. It also features AdaptiveSync (FreeSync) to suppress screen tearing caused by mismatches between the display's refresh rate and video signals, aiming for a smoother viewing experience. Designed for extended use, it includes flicker reduction and blue light reduction modes, making it a considerate choice for reducing eye strain in professional settings.

Connectivity options include two HDMI 2.0 ports and two DisplayPort 1.2 ports, allowing connection to not only PCs but also HDMI-compatible Blu-ray disc players and home gaming consoles. It supports 200x200mm VESA mounts, offering flexible options for wall mounting or stand installation. The monitor features built-in 2W x 2 speakers and comes with a remote control. Please note that it does not include a USB-A port, and therefore does not support USB memory playback functionality.

This product comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. For users seeking extended peace of mind, 3-year and 5-year warranty models will also be released concurrently.
