Potentially compromised information includes recipient email addresses, as well as names, addresses, phone numbers, order details, shipping information, and survey responses or comments that were included in the body of the delivered emails. The company states that credit card information and login passwords are not at risk of leakage.
JR Tokai is urging caution against emails, SMS messages, and phone calls impersonating the two sites or their sales and delivery partners.
