Unitcom began selling a mini PC equipped with the AMD Ryzen AI 7 450 under its iiyama PC brand on October 15th.

The new product features a palm-sized compact chassis housing an 8-core, 16-thread CPU based on the Zen 5 architecture. With a maximum operating clock of 5.1GHz and DDR5 memory support, it's configured to handle demanding tasks such as 3D gaming and image/video editing with ease. Furthermore, it integrates a dedicated NPU for AI processing and supports AMD Ryzen AI technology, promising enhanced AI-related computational performance.

It also features a fingerprint authentication sensor integrated into the power button, allowing for smooth user verification during startup. This design reduces the hassle of password entry while ensuring the security required for business terminals. Its space-saving and power-efficient design makes it versatile for a wide range of uses, from personal computing to office workstations and digital signage.

The interface selection is also robust, with two USB 3.1 Type-A ports, one USB4 Type-C port, audio input/output, and an SD card reader on the front. The rear panel includes two USB 2.0 Type-A ports, one USB4 Type-C port, HDMI, DisplayPort, and two LAN (RJ45) ports. This allows for a wide range of applications, such as connecting to LCD TVs, setting up multi-display environments, and high-speed data transfer with external storage.

An example of a retail model is the "STYLE-I1MA-RA45-EZDX", priced at 169,800 yen. The standard configuration includes Windows 11 Home [DSP version], AMD Ryzen AI 7 450, 8GB DDR5, a 500GB NVMe-compatible M.2 SSD, Radeon 860M integrated graphics, a compact case, and an AC adapter. As it supports BTO (Build-to-Order), memory and storage can be customized according to specific needs.
