台湾のパワー・デジタル、ソニーを著作権侵害で提訴へ

［台北 ２７日 ロイター］ 台湾の非上場メモリーカードメーカー、パワー・デジタル・カード（ＰＤＣ）は２７日、週内にソニー<6758.T>を相手取って訴訟を起こすことを明らかにした。ソニーが同社の著作権を侵害したと主張している。ＰＤＣ会長特別補佐のGen Shueh氏は電話で、同社は今年、ソニーに対して台湾で同様の訴訟を起こしたと語った。
日本の新聞は２７日、ＰＤＣがソニーに対して一部ＵＳＢフラッシュメモリー製品の生産・販売差し止めを求める訴訟を２９日に東京地裁に起こすと報じた。
同報道によると、ＰＤＣは２００６年５月に発売されたソニー製ＵＳＢメモリー製品がＰＤＣの技術に基づいていると主張、賠償金１億１０００万円を求める方針。
ソニーのスポークスマンは報道に対するコメントを拒否した。
