A new Nori Bento makes its appearance as a classic bento available for a single coin. This marks the first bento in the "Famima The" series, which has previously featured items like "Famima The Melon Pan" and "Famima The Curry Pan."

The rice portion is 220g. This dish features a combination of side dishes considered classic staples of Nori Bento, including Chikuwa Isobe-age (fried fish cake with nori), fried white fish with tartar sauce, a boiled egg, and a croquette.
The rice is seasoned with a "dashi soy sauce" made with three types of dried bonito flakes (katsuobushi, sababushi, sodabushi) and kelp, then topped with shaved bonito flakes and nori seaweed for a rich flavor. It boasts "great satisfaction in both taste and volume."

Currently, FamilyMart sells the "Nori Bento with Fried Egg" for 689 yen. The new "FamilyMart The Nori Bento" is 498 yen, which is 191 yen cheaper. It's great that they kept the price to a single coin!
