BenQ Japan will release the 31.5-inch 4K video production monitor "Creative Pro PV3250U" on October 16, as a new addition to its "Creative Pro" series for professional designers. Additionally, the 27-inch 4K video production monitor "Creative Pro PV2750U" is scheduled for release in November. The estimated retail price for both models is open. These products are aimed at users in video production and color grading who prioritize the visibility of dark areas and color consistency.

The PV3250U and PV2750U were developed as 4K resolution hardware calibration monitors. Their most significant feature is BenQ's proprietary "Shadow Check Mode." This mode lifts only the dark areas while keeping the brightest luminance fixed, making it easier to check even the darkest parts of Rec.709, allowing users to easily discern gradations even in scenes prone to black crush. Furthermore, they are equipped with an "Area Zoom function" for verifying details through partial magnification, and a "Marker function" for easily checking aspect ratios for different delivery destinations. The Thunderbolt 4 compatibility, allowing for video and data transmission, plus up to 96W power delivery to compatible PCs with a single cable, is also practical.

In terms of color reproduction, they feature BenQ's proprietary "AQCOLOR Technology." They support industry-standard color spaces such as DCI-P3, Display P3, and Rec.709, and come with factory calibration, enabling high-precision display right out of the box. Additionally, there are many mechanisms supporting color reliability, including supervision by world-renowned color expert Chris Bai, Calman Verified and Calman Ready certifications, an included factory report with an average ΔE≤1, and hardware calibration via a 16-bit 3D LUT. Features that enhance usability in production environments are also abundant, such as LED-lit buttons for easy visibility in dark places, a magnetic shading hood, the Hotkey Puck G4, and an "M-book Mode" that displays colors similar to a MacBook.
