MSI Announces 34-inch QD-OLED Monitor with 98W Power Delivery, Launching October 1st Alongside 27-inch Model

MSI Computer Japan will begin selling its new monitors for business and creative work, the "PRO MAX 341QPXW14G" and "PRO MAX 271QPX14G," starting October 1st. The former is a 34-inch ultrawide model supporting UWQHD, while the latter is a 27-inch model supporting WQHD, both adopting non-glare QD-OLED panels. The estimated prices are around 192,300 yen for the PRO MAX 341QPXW14G and around 94,400 yen for the PRO MAX 271QPX14G.

The flagship "PRO MAX 341QPXW14G" features a 5th generation non-glare QD-OLED panel with an RGB stripe structure and 5-layer tandem architecture. In addition to a 30% increase in brightness compared to conventional models, it achieves low reflection with MSI's proprietary VisiClarity technology, designed to enhance display quality while suppressing reflections. Furthermore, it strengthens black expression with Dark Armor Film, boosting contrast while suppressing color shift.

It also boasts a full suite of features useful for business applications. Supporting KVM switch and USB PD 98W, users can operate up to three PCs by switching with a single keyboard and mouse. Since video output, data communication, and power delivery can be consolidated with a single USB Type-C cable, connecting to a laptop is also simplified. It also supports MSI M-Mate for Mac and Productivity Intelligence for Windows, allowing monitor settings to be managed directly from the OS, which is another key feature.

As common specifications, a refresh rate of 144Hz and a response time of 0.03ms (GTG) are stated, promising smooth display and rendering with minimal ghosting. Wide color gamut display covering Adobe RGB and DCI-P3 extensively, color accuracy of ΔE≤2 due to factory calibration, built-in speakers, blue light reduction, and anti-flicker features are also included, catering to creators and those who work for long hours. For burn-in prevention, it is equipped with MSI OLED Care 3.0 or 2.0, featuring AI Care Sensor, Panel Protect, Pixel Shift, Static Image Detection, and Logo Detection.

The "PRO MAX 271QPX14G" is a 27-inch model with WQHD resolution, and its high-performance stand supports height adjustment and pivot (portrait mode). Since it also supports VESA100 mounting, monitor arms can also be utilized.
