Tokyo Game Show 2026, currently being held at Makuhari Messe. The second day is gradually drawing to a close.
One booth that particularly stood out at the venue was Kajima Corporation's.
You might be thinking, "Huh, Kajima Corporation!? Why!?" I certainly did.

Upon closer inspection, it turns out to be a 3D audio speaker. This product is a desktop speaker equipped with "OPSODIS," a 3D audio technology jointly developed by the company and the University of Southampton in the UK. It's a product that can create a 3D sound field with just one unit, without the need for multiple speakers or headphones.
When I tried playing 'Armored Core' with it, I was amazed by the powerful sound. Gunshots and other sounds truly felt three-dimensional, making for an incredibly immersive experience.
