Family restaurant "Gusto" is launching sweets featuring domestically grown Shine Muscat grapes starting today, September 17th. The promotion runs until October 21st.

Gusto's First! Shine Muscat x Black Tea

This time, Gusto introduces its first-ever sweets combining Shine Muscat and black tea. A total of six items will be available, including a luxurious parfait using six domestically grown Shine Muscat grapes.

This dish layers domestically grown Shine Muscat grapes with black tea pie, muscat sauce, soft serve ice cream, black tea pie flakes, whipped cream, yogurt, and black tea jelly. It combines the freshness of Shine Muscat with the aroma of black tea.

A more casual sundae, easier to enjoy than the parfait, is also available. It combines domestically grown Shine Muscat grapes with black tea pie, black tea jelly, yogurt, and soft serve ice cream.

This refreshing creation combines subtly sweet black tea jelly with fresh Shine Muscat grapes.

Shine Muscat Mille-feuille and Shaved Ice Also Available

Additionally, a mille-feuille will be introduced.

Furthermore, a limited-edition shaved ice made with pure ice and Shine Muscat will also be available.

Shine Muscat and black tea make for a somewhat sophisticated combination. As it's a first for Gusto, it's certainly intriguing.

The parfait, using six domestically grown Shine Muscat grapes, is priced at 1099 yen. This feels relatively affordable for a Shine Muscat dessert. Since it's only available for a limited time, I definitely want to try it!
