Lawson will launch a total of 13 new products starting September 22, themed around "Hyper-Focused!" and "Ultra-Luxurious!".

Also Featuring the ¥297 "Bodakko-Only Bento"!

This initiative caters to "balanced spending," a style where people save on some things but splurge on others. The "Hyper-Focused!" line offers products with a single ingredient, reducing prices by up to 50% compared to bentos of the same size. Conversely, the "Ultra-Luxurious!" line features products with an emphasis on ingredient quality and quantity.

Products will be released over two weeks, starting the week of September 22 and the week of September 28. Some items have been available since September 21.

▲Hyper-Focused! Rice-Loving Bodakko (Salmon) ¥297 This bento features only "Bodakko," a salty salmon that is a traditional preserved food from Akita Prefecture. Even a small amount is said to be intensely salty, making it perfect for eating with rice.

▲Hyper-Focused! Teriyaki Sausage Rice Bowl ¥397 A bento with teriyaki sausages spread across the entire bed of rice. The teriyaki sauce is said to enhance the deliciousness of the sausages.

▲Meat All-Star Bento ¥994 A meat-lover's bento featuring thick-cut tonkatsu, hamburg steak, and "Manmaru Chicken." Available at approximately 10,000 stores with "Machikado Chubo" (in-store kitchen).

▲Ultra-Luxurious! Chocolate Pie Cornet with Belgian Chocolate ¥300 A cornet made with chocolate pie dough, filled with chocolate whipped cream using Belgian chocolate, and topped with chocolate chips and roasted almonds. Not available in Okinawa Prefecture.

▲Ultra-Luxurious! Seafood Shanghai-Style Yakisoba ¥797 Shanghai-style yakisoba topped with large shrimp and squid. Finished with oyster sauce for a rich seafood umami flavor.

▲Ultra-Luxurious! Oju Mont Blanc (Japanese Chestnut) ¥786 A Mont Blanc made with Japanese chestnuts from Kumamoto and Ibaraki prefectures. Chestnut powder is combined with subtly sweet cream to enhance the flavor of the Japanese chestnuts.

For instance, the "Bodakko" bento might look like mostly white rice, but since the side dish is carefully selected, you shouldn't feel deprived... It feels like an even more extreme version of Lawson Store 100's "Only Bento" series, showcasing the strength of this concept.
