Corn overload!

"Tonari," a ramen chain specializing in Tanmen, will begin selling the limited-time "Corn-Covered Tanmen" starting today, October 7th.

A Bowl Full of Corn! "Corn-Covered Tanmen"

This new creation takes Tonari's signature Tanmen and generously tops it with enough corn to completely cover the bowl.

It's said that a generous amount of corn is piled on top of crisp stir-fried vegetables, adding the natural sweetness of corn to the rich salt-pork bone broth.

The natural sweetness of the corn blends with the soup, and when you take a bite with the vegetables, noodles, and soup, you can enjoy a delightful change in texture and flavor.

It will be available for a limited time at all Tonari locations. Please note that with the launch of the "Corn-Covered Tanmen," the limited-time items "Tantsuke" and "Shingeki Tantsuke" will be discontinued.

Tonari: Also Known for its Cup Noodles

Tonari operates stores primarily in Tokyo and Chiba. Many might recognize the name from the "Shingeki Tanmen" supervised cup noodles, which are frequently released as Lawson exclusives.

Nevertheless, that's an incredible amount of corn! From the looks of the photo, the vegetables that should be underneath are almost completely hidden.

Tonari's regular Tanmen uses a total of 360g of vegetables, and this new item adds even more corn on top of that. It's designed to be packed with veggies and loaded with corn. If you have a store nearby, you'll definitely want to check it out!
