Kyokuto Electronics launched Lexar's new product, the "Lexar Professional SILVER GO microSDXC UHS-I Card," in October. Prices are ¥5,180 for 64GB, ¥6,480 for 128GB, ¥10,280 for 256GB, ¥24,280 for 512GB, and ¥33,380 for 1TB. It is currently available as an online-exclusive model on Rakuten Ichiba and Yahoo! Shopping. This microSDXC card supports high-speed performance with a maximum read speed of 250MB/s and a maximum write speed of 180MB/s, designed for 4K video recording, smartphones, and portable gaming consoles.

While supporting the UHS-I standard, SILVER GO achieves a maximum read speed of 250MB/s and a maximum write speed of 180MB/s when paired with compatible devices. Maximum write speeds vary by capacity, with the 128GB and 64GB models offering a maximum write speed of 135MB/s. It boasts a Video Speed Class V30 rating, designed to stably support 4K video recording, which requires a minimum sustained write performance of 30MB/s. A key feature is its compatibility not only with cameras like action cameras, drones, the DJI Osmo Pocket series, GoPro, and Insta360, but also with smartphones, tablets, and portable gaming consoles that support microSD cards.

Furthermore, it supports Application Performance Class 2 (A2), contributing to improved random access performance for applications running on the microSD card. This specification is designed not only for storing captured data but also for comfortable app launching and game performance on compatible devices. Additionally, it features durability against water, shock, vibration, X-rays, and magnetism, making it configured for outdoor use in environments such as beaches, mountainous regions, and dusty areas.

The capacity lineup includes five types: 1TB, 512GB, 256GB, 128GB, and 64GB. Purchases can be made from the Rakuten Ichiba sales page or the Yahoo! Shopping sales page. It is described as a high-speed microSD card suitable for those who want to shorten data transfer times after shooting or stably record 4K videos.
