Is a Great Chair Not Enough on Its Own? AIMWIZ's Proposal for "Desk-Chair Height Synchronization"
At the AIMWIZ booth, a desk environment centered around gaming chairs was on display. Footrests were also provided to firmly support the feet, creating a setup that considered posture even during long hours of gaming or PC work.

What was striking was the idea that it's not simply a matter of "choosing a high-performance chair and you're good to go," but rather that adjusting the chair's seat height to match the desk's height is crucial. If the chair is too high or too low relative to the desk, it can easily place unnecessary strain on the arms and shoulders. This means it's necessary to consider the entire environment, including the desk, not just the chair itself.

Furthermore, supporting your feet with a footrest makes it easier to stabilize your posture. Many people are particular about their mouse, keyboard, and monitor, but likely set their chair height somewhat arbitrarily. If you're re-evaluating your gaming setup, it might be a good idea to start by considering your "sitting position."
