Teishoku restaurant chain Yayoiken will begin selling the "~Blessings of Sanriku~ Salt-Grilled Pacific Saury Set Meal," featuring Pacific saury from Sanriku, in limited quantities starting today, September 16.

The "~Blessings of Sanriku~ Salt-Grilled Pacific Saury Set Meal" is a seasonal, limited-time menu item that appears annually as an autumn tradition at Yayoiken.

It uses fatty Pacific saury from Sanriku. By grilling it in-store after receiving the order, the skin becomes crispy and fragrant, while the flesh is plump and tender. Served with grated daikon radish and lemon, it allows diners to enjoy the rich saury with a refreshing taste.

In addition to the "Salt-Grilled Pacific Saury Set Meal," two other varieties combining small side dishes are also available.
