Huawei Japan opened its "HUAWEI Official Service Center" on October 23rd, a support hub offering same-day repairs for walk-in customers, and unveiled it to the media.
Just Minutes from Akihabara's Electronics District, Experience Newly Announced, Yet-to-Be-Released Products Early
The HUAWEI Official Service Center, Huawei's first physical store support hub in a while, is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from central Akihabara, and immediately accessible from Toei Subway Ogawamachi Station and Tokyo Metro Awajicho Station.

Close to central Akihabara, it's likely to attract international tourists as well.
The bright, glass-fronted store showcases a wide array of Huawei's current models, allowing customers to try them out and consult about products. Latest products, such as those unveiled at the October 21st announcement event and yet to be released, including the "HUAWEI WATCH GT 7 Pro," "HUAWEI WATCH 6," and "HUAWEI FreeBuds NEO," are also available for hands-on experience.

The latest products, announced just two days prior, are also on display.

The "HUAWEI WATCH 6," with its appealing advanced design, was also available for hands-on testing.
It should be noted that actual sales are not conducted at this store. If a user likes a product and wishes to purchase it, they will be directed to the official online store or nearby electronics retailers (such as Yodobashi Camera Multimedia Akiba).
Speaking at the opening ceremony, He Lei, President of Huawei Device Japan and Korea Region, introduced the company's cherished motto: "Excellent products require excellent service." He stated that ensuring customers can use products with peace of mind even after purchase is crucial.

He Lei, President of Huawei Device Japan and Korea Region, reiterated the importance of support.
Furthermore, for those unable to visit the physical store, Huawei plans to continue strengthening its online support system. As an example, they have prepared an official LINE account and deployed human operators, who also handle product inquiries and consultations via LINE.

Additionally, estimated costs for out-of-warranty paid repairs can be checked on the official website (http://consumer.huawei.com/jp/support/).

Repairs are performed in the back area of the store. Battery replacements are reportedly common for smartwatches.
Furthermore, as a limited-time opening commemorative campaign until October 31st, the service fee for repairs will be free up to ¥5,500 for the first 100 customers. Additionally, free cleaning, gifts, and complimentary use of the "Self-Laser Engraving" service (allowing names or other designs to be engraved on products) are available.

Initials or pre-designed patterns can be engraved on earphone charging cases.
