Nissin Foods today, October 19, released the cup noodle "WAGYUMAFIA ULTRA Raoh WAGYU SEAFOOD FLAVOR" nationwide.
Wagyu x Seafood! WAGYUMAFIA-Supervised Raoh
This new product is supervised by "WAGYUMAFIA," a members-only wagyu specialty restaurant run by entrepreneur Takafumi Horie and chef Hisato Hamada.
This is the second collaboration, following "WAGYUMAFIA ULTRA U.F.O. WAGYU UMAMI FLAVOR" released in March this year. This time, the signature menu item "ULTRA Champon" from "WAGYUMAFIA NAGASAKI" in Nagasaki has been arranged in the "Nissin Raoh" style.

The soup is based on beef paitan, with the richness of wagyu fat, the umami of seafood, and the sweetness of onions. Wagyu fat makes up 0.7% of the product.
The noodles are firm, non-fried, medium-thick straight noodles, and the ingredients include cabbage.
Furthermore, by adding the separate "Spicy Yuzu Paste," the refreshing aroma of yuzu and the spiciness of chili peppers spread, allowing for a rich yet crisp flavor.
The Famous "Wagyu U.F.O." is Now Raoh!
In March this year, "WAGYUMAFIA ULTRA U.F.O.," which combined a rich sauce with wagyu umami and, surprisingly, "wasabi paste," was released and became a hot topic.
I (Nabeko) also tried it and was surprised, thinking, "This is U.F.O.!" as I could definitely taste the sweet, fatty umami of wagyu.
Now it's "Nissin Raoh"! This time, it's another rich combination, pairing wagyu with seafood. The price is a bit higher, but I want to experience wagyu again this time!
