Gyumeshi chain Matsuya will begin selling its "Neo Kashmir Curry" today, October 6th, starting at 10 AM.

This new menu item is a Matsuya-style reconstruction of the familiar "Kashmir Curry" from My Curry Shokudo, a curry restaurant chain under the Matsuya group.

Comes with miso soup, of course!

▲Neo Kashmir Curry ¥680. This "Neo" Kashmir Curry maintains an authentic feel while also focusing on ease of eating. ●What is Kashmir Curry? When it comes to Kashmir Curry, the super spicy original curry created by the long-established "Delhi" restaurant in Ueno, Tokyo, is famous. It is said that Delhi originally intended to name it "Madras Curry" but it became "Kashmir Curry" due to a mistake.
