The Annual "Kaki Fry" Returns This Year!

The "Large Fried Oysters," a winter staple at Ootoya every year, is making its return this year.

Furthermore, the tartar sauce served with the fried oysters is prepared fresh every morning at each store. It uses ingredients such as onions, pickles, and roughly chopped boiled eggs, with anchovies reportedly added as a secret ingredient.
