Update 4.1.1 for the indie game “Mecha Chameleon” was released on September 16. This update introduces an option to disable voice chat and enables painting via screen touch, alongside fixing several bugs.
Regarding voice chat, players can now disable the feature entirely, and an icon will appear at the top of the screen when the microphone is in use. Furthermore, voice chat audio is now muted by default.
For the Nintendo Switch 2 version, the maximum number of players that can be hosted has been temporarily reduced from the previous 12 to 10. This adjustment addresses ongoing crash issues, the cause of which is still under investigation.
Other fixes include resolving a problem where the set maximum player count could be exceeded when too many people attempted to join simultaneously, an issue preventing spectator targets from being switched with LT, and unintended cursor movement during specific operations.
