With USB 5Gbps support, it's an easy-to-use configuration for typical laptops and desktop PCs. Its dimensions are approximately 133×142×14mm (W×D×H), and it weighs about 230g. Its slim and lightweight design makes it highly portable and easy to use as an external optical drive for PCs without a built-in drive.
While it operates on USB bus power, an AC adapter and a USB power assist Y-cable are also included as standard accessories to prevent power shortages. Supported OSes include Windows 11, macOS 11 through 15 and 26, and ChromeOS, though the included software is for Windows only. Note that it does not support UHD BD playback, and there are some restrictions on disc playback and writing on macOS. The product is available in a single black color, and the warranty period is three months from the date of purchase.
