ASUS Japan has announced the full-tower PC case "ROG CRONOX ARGB" and the 120mm case fan "ROG Eurux GR120 ARGB" series. Sales are set to begin on October 9th. The ROG CRONOX ARGB will be available in two colors: black and white. The ROG Eurux GR120 ARGB will be offered in standard and reverse-rotation blade types, available as single units or in 3-packs.
The ROG CRONOX ARGB is a full-tower case featuring a panoramic view through beautiful curved tempered glass and an angle-adjustable 9.2-inch LCD display. It comes standard with four "ROG Eurux GR120 ARGB" fans and supports a maximum of 14 fans. Its design is geared towards showcasing internal components, further highlighted by ambient lighting on the top panel and case feet.
For cooling, it incorporates a patented rotatable side fan bracket, enabling flexible adjustment of fan direction. This allows for easy direct airflow to graphics cards and key components, simplifying builds with high heat generation. Furthermore, its specifications prioritize ease of assembly and expandability, featuring a tool-less graphics card slot clamp, E-ATX motherboard support, compatibility with large GPUs up to 400mm, and dual USB 20Gbps Type-C ports.
The 1920x462 dot, 60Hz IPS LCD panel can display system information, be customized, and even show the clock when the PC is powered off. Available in black and white models, detailed specifications can be found on the product details page.
The concurrently announced ROG Eurux GR120 ARGB is a high-performance 120mm fan, 30mm thick, featuring LCP blades and a CNC-machined brass bearing housing. Its increased thickness is designed to deliver powerful airflow, while a 0.6mm blade gap design suppresses turbulence. In addition to the standard type, a reverse-rotation blade type is also available, enhancing flexibility for case intake/exhaust configurations and aesthetic customization.
For wiring, it supports patented daisy-chain connectivity, enabling power and lighting control for multiple fans to be managed with a single cable. The ARGB lighting effects, featuring 36 LEDs in a 3-zone configuration, can be synchronized with Armoury Crate and Aura Sync, making it easy to unify lighting across the entire system. Note that the fans will not operate without a hub, so users must ensure a dedicated hub is present for operation. The 3-pack model includes a dedicated ROG hub, which supports up to 14 fans.
