McDonald's will launch three types of double chicken burgers, including the "Bai Zaku Zaku Juicy Mac," as a limited-time nighttime McDonald's (Yoru Mac) staple, starting October 21st.
Two Whole Thigh Fillets! Three New Burgers for Yoru Mac
A new regular item is joining the "Bai Burger" lineup, available for order at "Yoru Mac" after 5 PM. Developed over five years, it generously uses two crispy-coated whole chicken thigh fillets.
▲Bai Zaku Zaku Juicy Mac 600 yen~ Uses two whole chicken thigh fillets wrapped in a crispy coating. This burger is sandwiched in a sesame bun with tartar sauce and lettuce. The tartar sauce is seasoned with coarse-ground mustard and black pepper and is said to offer a pleasant onion texture.
▲Bai Spicy Zaku Zaku Juicy Mac 610 yen~ Similarly, this burger uses two whole chicken thigh fillets combined with a spicy sauce featuring chili pepper and garlic. The savory and spicy sauce complements the juicy chicken and crispy coating.
▲Bai Teriyaki Chicken Juicy Mac 610 yen~ This also uses two whole chicken thigh fillets. It's a burger combining teriyaki sauce seasoned with ginger and garlic, and a sweet lemon sauce. The key is said to be its sweet and rich flavor.
New "Whole Thigh Fillet" Burgers Debut from October 21st
Looks impressive from the start...! We can expect a unique volume that only chicken can offer, different from the double beef patty burgers. The fat and juiciness of the thigh meat are also doubled! The chicken used in these new products is a whole thigh fillet wrapped in a wavy, textured coating. It's said to achieve both a crispy coating and juicy meat.
Three new chicken burgers, including "Zaku Zaku Juicy Mac" replacing the Chicken Filet-O, will appear from October 21st.
The three regular new burgers will also be sold from the same day, with "Zaku Zaku Juicy Mac" starting at 460 yen, and "Spicy Zaku Zaku Juicy Mac" and "Teriyaki Chicken Juicy Mac" each starting at 470 yen. The Yoru Mac "Bai Burger" versions are priced by adding 140 yen to the regular versions.
