McDonald's will be selling two "Sankaku Choco Pie" products for a limited time starting October 7th.

Introducing the New 'Cookies & Cream Strawberry Flavor'

Since its launch in 2007, the "Sankaku Choco Pie" has been a familiar autumn staple dessert. This year, the new "Sankaku Choco Pie Cookies & Cream Strawberry Flavor" makes its debut. Additionally, the classic "Sankaku Choco Pie Black" has been renewed with an enhanced roasted almond flavor.

The "Sankaku Choco Pie" features a crispy, multi-layered pie crust and a rich, gooey cream filling. The new flavor also retains the characteristic triangular shape.

The Cookies & Cream Strawberry Flavor combines sweet and tart strawberry-flavored chocolate cream with cocoa cookies, creating the rich taste and crunchy texture unique to cookies & cream. Furthermore, the crispy, multi-layered pie crust is pink and is said to have a subtle strawberry aroma.

The classic "Sankaku Choco Pie Black" has its chocolate cream renewed this year. By enhancing the roasted almond flavor inside and emphasizing its texture and aroma, the cacao flavor is said to be further accentuated.

Additionally, the "Sankaku Choco Pie Cookies & Cream Strawberry Flavor" will be available in a total of 3 limited-edition packages, while the "Sankaku Choco Pie Black" will come in a total of 2 limited-edition packages.

When the Triangle Appears at McDonald's, It's Autumn

The "Sankaku Choco Pie" has firmly established itself as a seasonal limited-time dessert. Each year, various flavors are rolled out from autumn to winter, so we're looking forward to it again this year.

While the classic "Sankaku Choco Pie Black" will be sold until late December, the new "Sankaku Choco Pie Cookies & Cream Strawberry Flavor" will end sales in late October (likely making way for the next flavor). So why not try the new flavor first!
