MSI Computer Japan will sequentially begin sales of the "PRO MAX 271UPXW12G" 4K monitor, designed for business and creative work, from late September onwards. The expected price is around 165,800 yen. This high-performance model features a 5-layer tandem structure non-glare QD-OLED panel, along with an M-Mate app for Mac, a KVM switch, and 98W USB PD power delivery.

At the core of this product are a 5-layer tandem OLED structure, which reportedly boosts brightness by 30% compared to previous models, and MSI's proprietary VisiClarity technology, touted for its low reflectivity. A key feature is its non-glare finish, which suppresses reflections while allowing the monitor to sustain peak HDR performance for longer periods. Furthermore, the Dark Armor Film enhances black reproduction and strengthens contrast, while also achieving 2.5 times greater scratch resistance than conventional models.

Display performance is also a highlight. With a 4K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 0.03ms (GTG) response time, it smoothly handles scrolling, video playback, and intricate animations. It supports wide color gamut display, broadly covering Adobe RGB and DCI-P3, and comes factory-calibrated with a color accuracy of ΔE≤2, making it suitable for applications where color management is critical, such as photo editing and video production. The monitor measures 26.5 inches, and its stand supports height adjustment and pivot mode, in addition to VESA100 mounting.

Features designed for professional use are also extensive. A KVM switch allows users to switch between three PCs with a single keyboard and mouse, while a USB Type-C connection handles video output, data transfer, and power delivery all through one cable. The USB PD supports 98W, enhancing connectivity with laptops. For macOS, MSI M-Mate is available, and for Windows, Productivity Intelligence (P.I.) is provided, offering the convenience of controlling monitor settings directly from the OS. MSI OLED Care 3.0 also includes absence detection via an AI Care Sensor and burn-in prevention features.
