If You're Gaming, Should You Also Be Particular About Your "Glasses"? Gaming Glasses Advocated at a Small Booth

At the TGS venue, filled with giant booths and flashy stages, the "Megane Mono Ya" booth stood out in a good way. It was a compact space run by about two staff members, and its somewhat handmade appearance actually made me stop and take notice.

What they were proposing here was "gaming glasses." The idea is to pay attention not only to mice, keyboards, and monitors, but also to "glasses," which are essential for prolonged gaming sessions. For gamers who usually wear glasses, it's strangely convincing to think, "Indeed, that's also part of the gaming environment."

Furthermore, at the booth, it was possible to have your eye condition checked on the spot. Being able to consider glasses tailored to your own eyes is a different experience from choosing gaming devices at a mass retailer.

There were no flashy lights or booming stages. But in the sense of "tools for comfortable gaming," glasses might indeed be a legitimate piece of gaming gear. It was a booth that made you feel the breadth of TGS, and it certainly caught my attention.
