Chinese restaurant chain "Gyoza no Ohsho" and "GYOZA OHSHO" are launching their special autumn menu item, "Autumn Ramen," for a limited time starting today.

This limited-time ramen features a soy-sauce-based soup, the umami of shiitake and shimeji mushrooms, and finely chopped fresh ginger. You can also enjoy it as "Tsukimi Autumn Ramen" by topping it with their "Specialty Raw Egg" (143 yen).

Chinese restaurant chain "Gyoza no Ohsho" and "GYOZA OHSHO" will be selling their special autumn menu item, "Autumn Ramen," for a limited time starting September 14. The in-store single item is 902 yen.

Chopped ginger as an accent

This seasonal limited-time ramen, perfect for autumn, features a soy-sauce-based soup combined with the umami of shiitake and shimeji mushrooms. Chopped ginger adds an accent.

Drop an egg for 'Tsukimi Autumn Ramen'

Furthermore, it's recommended to enjoy it as "Tsukimi Autumn Ramen" by topping it with their "Specialty Raw Egg" (143 yen). Adding an egg is said to enhance the richness and allow you to enjoy a change in flavor.

In-store, three types of sets combining "Autumn Ramen" with gyoza and other items will also be available:

・Autumn Special Set A (1,369 yen): Autumn Ramen, 6 Gyoza, Specialty Raw Egg ・Autumn Special Set B (1,310 yen): Autumn Ramen, 3 Gyoza, Small Rice ・Autumn Special Set C (1,180 yen): Autumn Ramen, 3 Gyoza, Almond Jelly

Additionally, "Autumn Ramen" is available for takeout in microwave-safe containers (prices may differ from in-store).
