Ayuto announced on November 5th that the COUGAR "DUOAIR RGB" mid-tower PC case, for which Ayuto is the official distributor, will be released on November 6th. Priced at 15,800 yen, it will be available in two colors: Black and White.
The "DUOAIR RGB" is a mid-tower case that includes two types of front panels—mesh and tempered glass—allowing users to choose based on their needs. It comes standard with a total of five ZPX/ZPB fans, which feature rifle bearings for quiet operation and durability. The fan configuration includes two 140mm ARGB PWM fans at the front, one 120mm ARGB PWM fan at the rear, and two 120mm PWM fans at the bottom.
In terms of cooling, the case features a vertical intake structure, achieved by positioning the power supply unit at the front, which allows the bottom fans to directly deliver cool air to the graphics card. Additionally, the perforated bottom side panel and three dust filters ensure a balance of excellent airflow and dust prevention. The design also prioritizes expandability, supporting graphics cards up to 410mm in length and CPU coolers up to 170mm in height.
The chassis measures approximately 220mm (W) x 479mm (D) x 460mm (H) and weighs around 6.42kg. Its I/O panel is equipped with one USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Type-C port, two USB 3.0 Type-A ports, and one HD audio jack. It supports ATX, MicroATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, and can accommodate 240/280/360mm radiators at the top. Other notable features include a front ARGB light bar and a rounded exterior, making it a product that balances both practicality and aesthetic design.
