MSI Computer Japan will sequentially release new models in its "Modern" series of laptops, designed for both business and everyday use. The "Modern 14 LE J3M Series" and "Modern 16 LE J3M Series" will become available starting November 12th. The specific models launching are the "Modern-14-LE-J3M-5584JP" and "Modern-16-LE-J3M-5594JP," both offered at open prices.

A major highlight of the Modern LE series is its new chassis, engineered for enhanced portability. The 14-inch model boasts an 18.9mm thin profile and weighs approximately 1.28kg, offering up to 10 hours of battery life. The 16-inch model also measures 18.9mm thin and achieves a weight of approximately 1.28kg, making it easily portable despite its large screen. Both models feature a WUXGA (1,920×1,200) resolution, 120Hz non-glare panel. The 16:10 aspect ratio provides a taller display area, ensuring comfortable document creation and web browsing.

In terms of performance, these laptops are equipped with an Intel Core 7 Processor 350, 16GB LPDDR5 onboard memory, and a 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD. This configuration is well-suited for a wide range of tasks, from creating business documents and participating in online meetings to various learning applications. Furthermore, the 50Whr battery is rated for up to 10 hours of video playback under the JEITA 3.0 standard. This extended battery life is a significant advantage, alleviating concerns about power availability when working on the go or in highly mobile environments.

Connectivity is also comprehensive. The devices feature two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C ports, two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports, HDMI, 1Gbps wired LAN, and a microSD card reader, enhancing compatibility with a wide array of peripherals. Support for Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4 ensures seamless connectivity whether in the office, at home, or while traveling. The 14-inch model's approximate 1.28kg weight and the 16-inch model's successful balance of a large screen with lightweight design are key differentiators. These products are ideal for business users and students who prioritize portability.
