Elecom will release the "ECLEAR Earplug Air" sleep earplugs, which feature an air cushion structure in the part that touches the ear, in early November. They will be priced at ¥3,980. Two models will be available: black (HCSL-EP03BK) and beige (HCSL-EP03BE).
The "ECLEAR Earplug Air" is designed to maintain comfort even during extended wear. Its key feature is the air cushion structure, which contains air in the part that touches the ear, suppressing pressure while simultaneously achieving high sound insulation. Furthermore, it comes with two types of ear tips made from different materials—silicone and urethane—and offers four sizes (XS, S, M, L) for adjustable fit, making it easy to choose the perfect feel for your ears.
The shape features a d-design that easily conforms to the concha, the hollow of the ear. This design aims for a structure that is less likely to fall out during sleep and is comfortable to use until morning. Beyond noise reduction during sleep, it is also suitable for situations where you want to concentrate quietly, such as work, study, working in a cafe, air travel, or protecting your ears in loud environments like concert venues. It's a product that helps reduce everyday noise and improve comfort during travel.
Ease of maintenance is also a notable point. The silicone ear tips are washable, and the urethane ear tips can be wiped clean with alcohol wipes, making hygiene easy to maintain.
