Elecom launched a series of full-cover cases for Apple Watch in mid-October. In addition to offering protection against scratches, impacts, and dirt, the lineup includes multiple models featuring high-transparency glass, waterproof capabilities, and impact-resistant structures. Prices range from ¥1,980 to ¥2,479.
The lineup consists of two main series: the ZEROSHOCK case, which features a dual-layer structure combining tough polycarbonate and TPU materials, and the full-cover case, which utilizes high-transparency glass and polycarbonate resin. The ZEROSHOCK models, available under product numbers AWW25AFCZELBK and AWW25DFCZELBK, boast JIS IP53 equivalent dust and splash resistance and feature 10H surface hardness tempered glass. They also include an anti-fingerprint coating, and allow for screen operation, button use, and charging with the genuine magnetic charging cable while the case is attached.
The full-cover cases combine high-transparency tempered glass to maintain screen visibility with polycarbonate resin, and are designed to fully cover the sides. Models featuring high-transparency tempered glass with a metallic design are available in six product numbers: AW-26AFCGPBK, AW-26BFCGPBK, AW-26DFCGPBK, AW-26EFCGJGB, AW-26EFCGPBK, and AW-26EFCGPSV. Waterproof models with high-transparency tempered glass are available in three product numbers: AW-26DFCGEBK, AW-26EFCGEBK, and AW-26EFCGEPSV. All of these models adopt 10H surface hardness glass, an anti-fingerprint coating, and a shatter-resistant design, and are designed for easy attachment and removal even with the band attached.
The ZEROSHOCK cases, AWW25AFCZELBK and AWW25DFCZELBK, are priced at ¥1,980 each, while all nine full-cover case models are ¥2,479 each. Sizes are available for Apple Watch 46mm, 44mm, 42mm, and 40mm, allowing users to choose based on their intended use, wearing comfort, and design preferences.
