Tokyo Game Show 2026 is currently being held at Makuhari Messe.

While touring the venue, we stumbled upon the booth of Canon, famous for its cameras! Canon at a game show!? we wondered, and approached.

What was on display was the 'Live Switcher Mobile' app. It's a live streaming app designed for broadcasting using multiple cameras. Ah, I see.

There was also a corner where visitors could stick stickers on a Q&A panel and try their luck at a capsule toy machine. Incidentally, we found out that this is Canon's second consecutive year exhibiting, following last year.
