ASUS JAPAN announced on September 17th the domestic release timing for four new products from its gaming brand "Republic of Gamers (ROG)". The lineup includes the PC gaming controller "ROG Raikiri II Pro PC", gaming monitors "ROG Swift OLED PG27UCWM" and "ROG Swift OLED PG32UCWM", and the Mini PC "ROG NUC 16". All of these products are currently being showcased for the first time in Japan at the ROG booth at Tokyo Game Show 2026. The ROG Raikiri II Pro PC is slated for release around late October, the PG27UCWM and PG32UCWM around mid-October, and the ROG NUC 16 around November.

The ROG Raikiri II Pro PC is a controller that boasts high-precision operation with suppressed input lag, supporting a maximum polling rate of 8,000Hz via both wired and 2.4GHz wireless connections. It adopts replaceable TMR joysticks, achieving both drift suppression and precise operability. It features dual-mode triggers, ABXY buttons with microswitches, a D-pad, rear buttons, and bumpers, offering high assignment flexibility with two additional bumpers and four detachable rear buttons. A full-color display allows for adjusting profiles, RGB lighting, and vibration intensity. When connected via 2.4GHz, it supports up to 79 hours of battery life.

The gaming monitors ROG Swift OLED PG32UCWM and ROG Swift OLED PG27UCWM are two models that adopt 4K resolution True Tandem RGB OLED panels. Available in 31.5-inch (PG32UCWM) and 26.5-inch (PG27UCWM) sizes, they offer configurations suitable for different desk environments and viewing distances. The RGB stripe arrangement enhances text clarity and color reproduction, while the TrueBlack Glossy coating achieves deep blacks and vivid visual expression. They support Dual Mode, allowing switching between 4K 240Hz and Full HD 480Hz video modes, and boast a high-speed response time of 0.03ms GTG.

The ROG NUC 16 is a Mini PC that condenses high performance into a compact chassis of approximately 3 liters. Equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processor and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Laptop GPU, it supports not only gaming but also creative production and AI workloads. It employs QuietFlow Cooling, aiming to balance both quiet operation and cooling performance even during sustained high loads. It supports both vertical and horizontal placement with a detachable dedicated stand and is equipped with a rich array of interfaces, including Thunderbolt 4.
