CFD Sales will launch a new product under the ASUS brand, the MicroATX motherboard "PRIME B550M-K ARGB-CSM" equipped with the AMD B550 chipset, on September 17. It will be exclusively available at Joshin and Dospara, with an estimated price of around 7,480 yen.
The "PRIME B550M-K ARGB-CSM" adopts the AMD B550 chipset, supporting Socket AM4, and is compatible with AMD Ryzen 5000/5000G/4000G/3000 series desktop processors. Its MicroATX form factor is designed for easy integration into limited spaces.
In terms of storage, it features a dual M.2 configuration, including a PCIe 4.0-compatible M.2 slot, supporting data transfer speeds of up to 64Gbps. Additionally, it is equipped with rear USB 3.2 Gen1 ports and a front USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C port, enhancing connectivity with peripherals.
For cooling, it supports operation utilizing a PCH heatsink, hybrid fan headers, and Fan Xpert 2+. Furthermore, it features three Addressable Gen 2 headers that can synchronize with Aura Sync-compatible devices, making it easy to build an RGB lighting environment. Specifications include two DDR4 DIMM memory slots, GbE LAN, a PCIe Gen4 x16 expansion slot, and support for M.2 and SATA3 6.0 Gb/s storage.
