GIGABYTE, through its domestic authorized distributors, will begin handling the "WRX90 AI TOP" workstation motherboard, equipped with the AMD WRX90 chipset, starting November 6. The price is open, expected to be around 222,000 yen.
The WRX90 AI TOP is an AI and workstation-oriented model adopting the E-ATX form factor. It features a 32+3+3+3 phase digital power design and supports R-DIMM DDR5 memory with a maximum total capacity of 2TB. Furthermore, it is equipped with the "DDR Wind Blade XTREME Duo" active cooling fan for memory, along with a large VRM heatsink and M.2 Thermal Guard heatsinks, reinforcing thermal management during high loads.

Its expandability is also noteworthy. It features seven PCIe 5.0 x16 slots, one of which operates at x8 bandwidth. Additionally, it is equipped with two MCIO 8i connectors, dual USB4 Type-C ports, two 10GbE wired LAN ports and a dedicated IPMI LAN, two PCIe 5.0 compatible M.2 slots, and one PCIe 4.0 compatible M.2 slot. The design also incorporates PCIe UD Slot X Armor, an integrated I/O back panel, Q-Flash Plus, Smart Fan 6, and IPMI support via an onboard BMC, emphasizing stability and operational efficiency.
The target users are those in AI development and professional workstation users who require large-capacity memory, high-speed storage, and numerous expansion cards.
