JAPANNEXT will release the "JN-Si65U-24," a large 4K digital signage monitor equipped with a 65-inch IPS panel and compatible with 24/7 continuous operation, on October 29. Its direct sales price is 159,980 yen, and it's designed for a wide range of applications, from signage in commercial facilities and stores to displaying materials in conference rooms and video viewing. A 5-year warranty model, the "JN-Si65U-24-H5," will also be released simultaneously, with a direct sales price of 175,980 yen.
Its main feature is the combination of high-definition display with 4K 3840x2160 resolution and an IPS panel offering a wide viewing angle of 178 degrees horizontally and vertically. Leveraging a display area approximately four times that of Full HD, it's designed to balance visibility and appeal, from informational displays with extensive text to promotional content using photos and videos. Furthermore, with a maximum brightness of 500cd/m2 and HDR400-equivalent display performance, it vividly projects content even in bright environments.
In terms of practicality, it's equipped with two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DisplayPort 1.4, and one VGA, allowing connection to various devices such as PCs, STBs, Blu-ray disc players, and home gaming consoles. It supports simultaneous left-right display of two video sources with its PBP (Picture-by-Picture) function, and also features PIP (Picture-in-Picture) for sub-screen display. Compatible with 600x400mm VESA mounts and including wall-mounting brackets, it offers high flexibility in installation. Note that a freestanding stand is not included.
The main unit measures approximately 1466mm (W) x 81mm (D) x 842mm (H) and weighs about 27kg. It features built-in 10W x 2 speakers and includes a remote control. It's important to note that the USB-A port is exclusively for firmware updates and does not support USB memory playback.
