MSI Computer Japan is set to launch its new gaming monitor, the 'MAG 275CQDF X24', on October 29, with an estimated price of around 41,600 yen. This latest addition to the 'MAG' series, renowned for its robust gaming performance and durability, boasts a dual mode for switching between WQHD and HD resolutions, a curved RAPID VA panel, and AI Vision, among other characteristics.

The 'MAG 275CQDF X24' features a dual mode, enabling users to switch between two display modes: WQHD 240Hz and HD 400Hz. This versatile design caters to a broad spectrum of gaming genres, from visually rich RPGs to fast-paced FPS titles, all on a single monitor. With a native WQHD resolution of 2,560 x 1,440, it ensures crisp visuals for both gaming and video content.

The monitor utilizes a 1500R curved RAPID VA panel. This curvature, designed to closely match the human field of view, facilitates easy viewing of the entire screen and significantly boosts gaming immersion. With an ultra-fast 0.5ms (GTG, minimum) response time, it aims to deliver a ghosting-free visual experience. Additionally, HDR support ensures that high-contrast scenes are rendered with enhanced depth and realism.

Other features include AI Vision, which automatically adjusts contrast and saturation; FreeSync Premium, which minimizes screen tearing; Anti-Flicker technology; and a Blue Light Cut function. Designed with eye comfort in mind for prolonged gaming sessions, this model is also well-suited for everyday video consumption, not just gaming.
