Elecom launched its "M-K9" series of 3-button mice for corporate use in early October. Featuring a symmetrical design, they can be used comfortably by both left and right-handed users, regardless of grip style. They offer three connection methods: Bluetooth, 2.4GHz wireless, and wired, with a total of five types available supporting either USB-A or USB Type-C. Prices range from 1,331 yen to 2,662 yen.
This series features a simple design, intended for environments where multiple people share devices, such as offices and schools. Equipped with a 3-button optical sensor, they offer a resolution of 1000 DPI. Dimensions are approximately 58mm (W) x 104mm (D) x 39mm (H). The Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless types weigh approximately 47g, while the wired type weighs approximately 61g.
The Bluetooth type doesn't occupy a USB port, making it easy to use with laptops, smartphones, and tablets. The wired connection type eliminates battery concerns, while the 2.4GHz wireless type offers the convenience of simply plugging in the receiver to use. Both the 2.4GHz wireless and wired types allow users to choose between USB-A and USB Type-C connectors to match their device's port. The Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless types come with an AA alkaline battery for operation verification, allowing continuous use simply by replacing the battery.
The Bluetooth type boasts a battery life of up to approximately 7 months, and the 2.4GHz wireless type up to approximately 6 months. All models are available in black.
