ASUS JAPAN announced on September 17th that it will domestically launch the "ROG Ace Collection," a new competitive series from its gaming brand "Republic of Gamers (ROG)." The lineup includes three 24.5-inch OLED gaming monitors and the "ROG Gladius IV Ace" esports gaming mouse, totaling four products.
The ROG Ace Collection is a series of competitive devices designed with insights from pro teams and esports players, emphasizing speed, precision, and control. It features the "ROG Swift OLED PG259QWS Ace" (up to 720Hz), "ROG Strix OLED XG259QWPG Ace" (up to 540Hz), and "ROG Strix OLED XG259QDNS Ace" (up to 360Hz), along with the "ROG Gladius IV Ace" gaming mouse, which boasts a lightweight 56g design. This integrated setup supports competitive environments from monitor to mouse.
The flagship ROG Swift OLED PG259QWS Ace features a 24.5-inch Full HD Tandem WOLED panel, achieving a maximum refresh rate of 720Hz and a 0.02ms (GTG) response time. With TrueBlack Glossy coating, a peak brightness of up to 1,700 nits, and Dolby Vision support, it's designed to deliver both clarity and high contrast even during intense action. It also includes a unique position sensor to enhance the reproducibility of its setup location. Furthermore, this product has been selected as the official monitor for "PGL CS2 Major Singapore 2026."
The ROG Strix OLED XG259QWPG Ace is also a 24.5-inch Full HD model utilizing a Tandem WOLED panel, supporting up to 540Hz and 0.02ms (GTG). It features the Quick OSD common to ROG Ace OLED monitors and three Esports Color modes tuned for FPS games, facilitating quick setting changes and optimal visual presentation. The ROG Strix OLED XG259QDNS Ace adopts an RGB QD-OLED panel, supporting up to 360Hz and a 0.03ms response time. With BlackShield Film and anti-glare/low-reflection coating, it suppresses reflections while achieving deep blacks and vibrant colors.
The ROG Gladius IV Ace is an ergonomic gaming mouse incorporating design principles based on sports science. The main unit weighs a light 56g, and by combining 3g, 5g, and 7g weights, it allows for seven different additional weight configurations. It supports the ROG AimPoint Pro 65K sensor with up to 65,000 DPI, ROG SpeedNova 8K Gen II with up to 8,000Hz polling rate, Zone Mode for switching hardware settings, and Gear Link for configuring various settings via a browser. It comes in white and black colors and includes a dedicated carrying case.
