XBOX 360やPLAYSTATION 3で発売された、仏UBIソフトのエアコンバットゲーム「Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X」の移植作。プレイヤーは戦闘機のパイロットとなり、空中戦や基地への潜入、要塞の爆撃や陸上部隊への航空支援など、13のミッションをこなしていく。
実在の戦闘機やロケーションを採用したリアルなドッグファイトが特徴だ。戦闘機は「F-14A Tomcat」「Mirage 2000C」「Eurofighter Typhoon」など、全26モデルを用意。ロケーションは夜のリオデジャネイロやロサンゼルス、米国防総省やホワイトハウス上空など13種類から選べる。
視点はコックピット視点もしくは3人称視点、操作方法は加速度センサーかバーチャルスティックから好みに応じて選べる。また、ステージのBGMは、iTunesライブラリから好きな曲を選ぶこともできる。
