米ヤフーとグーグルの検索広告契約、慎重に審査する＝反トラスト委

［ワシントン １２日 ロイター］ 米上院反トラスト小委員会のコール委員長（ウィスコンシン州選出、民主党）は１２日、声明を発表し、米ヤフー(YHOO.O: 株価, 企業情報, レポート)と米グーグル(GOOG.O: 株価, 企業情報, レポート)が検索広告事業に関して非独占契約を結んだことについて「慎重に審査する」との考えを示した。
同委員長は「重大な競争上の懸念を引き起こす」と述べたうえで「広告主と消費者への影響は大きく、慎重な審査が必要だ」と話した。
