米国際貿易委がソニーなど30社を調査開始、ＬＥＤ特許侵害の疑いで

［東京 ２１日 ロイター］ 米国際貿易委員会（ＩＴＣ）は２０日、新世代ＤＶＤ規格の「ブルーレイ・ディスク」プレーヤーなどに使う発光ダイオード（ＬＥＤ）に関する特許侵害の疑いで、ソニー<6758.T>や松下電器産業<6752.T>など日本企業を含む３０社を対象に調査を始めると発表した。
今回の調査は、コロンビア大学名誉教授のガートルード・ロスチャイルド氏が２月、ＩＴＣに提訴したことを受けたもの。同名誉教授は、特許侵害された関連製品の米国への輸入差し止めを求めている。
ソニーや松下のほか、ＩＴＣが調査対象としているのは、フィンランドのノキア<NOK1V.HE>、米モトローラ<MOT.N>、韓国サムスングループ、韓国ＬＧ電子<066570.KS>、日立製作所<6501.T>、シャープ<6753.T>など。
