韓国サムスン電子、液晶特許侵害でシャープを逆提訴

［ソウル ２７日 ロイター］ 韓国のサムスン電子<005930.KS>は２７日、液晶関連の特許侵害でシャープ<6753.T>を逆提訴すると表明した。サムスン電子の広報担当者は「米デラウェア州と東京でシャープを逆提訴する」とし、「米国際貿易委員会（ＩＴＣ）にもこの件に関する調査開始を要請した」と述べた。
シャープは今月、自社の液晶関連特許を侵害されたとして、サムスン電子をソウル中央地方裁判所に提訴。今年８月には、米国でもサムスンを相手取った訴訟を起こしている。
