日本通信に対するドコモの回線開放を総務相に答申＝総務省

［東京 ２２日 ロイター］ 総務省の電気通信事業紛争処理委員会は２２日、通信ベンチャーの日本通信（東京都品川区）が携帯の利用者料金を自由に設定できるような回線貸し出しをＮＴＴドコモ<9437.T>に命じるよう、総務大臣に答申した。
